The following chemical hazard information is available to members of the public residing, working, or spending significant time within six (6) miles of a stationary source. To receive a copy of such information, please complete the below form. To process your information request, please provide the name of the facility of interest, your address and contact details for verification. The requested information will be sent to you within forty-five (45) days.


Available Information

  • Regulated substances information
  • Emergency Response Program information
  • Listing of scheduled exercises occurring within one (1) year of request
  • LEPC contact information
  • Accident history information (up to five years)
  • Safety Data Sheets


Additionally, you can find information on community preparedness by contacting your local LEPC or fire department for specific community preparedness measures.
